Holly Winter
Holly has been teaching dance for over 5 years. She began her dance training at the age of four, training in ballet, tap, jazz and lyrical at Broken Arrow Academy of Dance and Theatre Arts and continued her dance training there until the age of 18. She enjoyed being a part of their Company Dance Team and attended numerous summer intensive training courses during this time. In 2000, she continued her dance training under the instruction of Director Mary Magaret Holt at the University of Oklahoma where she later received her Bachelor of Arts degree.
She has traveled and received professional training from Moscelyn Larkin of Tulsa Ballet, Roman Jasinski Jr., Kirstin Jollisant, and Pamela Farry to name a few. Holly has performed in such greats as Shostakovich Suite, Coppelia, Giselle, Fette France, The Call of the Comet and many more.
Holly is truly excited to be on faculty at Jenks Dance Academy. Holly believes that dancing can enhance your academics, grace, style and your love for life! Her passion for dance is great and to be able to pass it on to future generations is a blessing!
