Stacey Cowan Finnerty
Stacey Cowan Finnerty is Jenks Dance Academy’s Tumbling and Cheernastics Instructor. Stacey is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and a 1991 Jenks High School graduate. She was a competitive gymnast for over 12 years. Stacey was the assistant gymnastics coach for Jenks Gymnastics and helped lead the team to a National Championship win. Stacey cheered for Jenks as well as for Oklahoma State University.
Stacey has a son, Howie Carter who is 10 ½ years old and is married to another Jenks graduate, Chris Finnerty. Her hobbies are being with family and friends, singing for weddings, bible study and church, going to the lake, event planning, working as an intern for the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless as well as an advocate for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is also involved with Tulsa Young Professionals, an arm of the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce.
