Annual Enrollment Fee

$20 per student enrolled, $60 Family Max ~ Non-Refundable

Tuition

Tuition Payments are due in monthly installments or by the semester. You receive 10% OFF Tuition when you pay by Semester and 15% OFF Tuition you pay  for the year (August or September - May).  Tuition is due by the first of every month September thru May.  Tuition is based on a four-week month.  Additional Tuition is not charged for longer months, nor reduced for shorter months.  August and May are pro-rated for half the month.

You may pay monthly by check (payable to JDA with child’s name in the Memo section), cash or credit card.  Please put your payment in the tuition box located at the front desk or you may drop it in the locked mailbox, just north of the studio building. If mailing, please send to JDA at 9416 S. Elwood, Jenks, OK 74037.

 Late Tuition Fees

A $10 Late Fee will be charged to your account if your monthly tuition is not received by the 10th of the month.  The late fee must be paid by the nexgt month's tuition.

 Returned Checks

A $10 Return Check Fee will be charged to your account and must be paid with the new payment and made by the next month’s tuition.  Following tuition payments must be made by cash or money order for the remainder of the year.

 Withdrawals

One month notice from the first of the month is required to discontinue any classes and must be made by the 10th of the month or you will be responsible for the month’s tuition. A Withdrawal Form must be signed and turned in for you to discontinue class. 

 Change of Class

A Request for Class Change Form must be completed and signed by you and your instructor to change class after enrollment.

 Class Attendance & Studio Closings

No tuition deductions or refunds for classes missed due to weather, illness or holidays. JDA follows the Jenks Public Schools Calendar for closings and can be seen at www.jenksps.org 

 Parent Observation Week(s)

December 13-18 & April 25-30: Parent Observation Week is the week where parents, family members and friends are permitted to observe class inside the studio. We provide this opportunity for parents so they can observe the growth of the dancers, and to experience the class from the “inside”. It is a great time to take photographs and video of your little stars.  Please note that some dancers might become shy when there is an audience in the room. Please let them know ahead of the class time that ‘mommies & daddies’ will be watching.

Annual Recitals  ~

Jenks Dance Academy’s Annual Recitals for ages 3+ will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Jenks High School Performing Arts Center!


*Baby Ballet Recitals & ALL Tumbling Showcases will be held Friday, April 29 & Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Jenks Dance Academy!


A Non-Refundable Recital Fee of $25 for ages 3+ will be due with March tuition. This Recital Fee covers rental of Performing Arts Center, Technical Staff, Recital Programs, etc.) There is no admission fee to the recital. (*Baby Ballet & Tumbling Classes Recital Fee is $8 for a Dance/Tumbling Trophy!.)
